As a not-for-profit organization, Brampton Racers Track Club is run by volunteers.

Our volunteer board of directors oversees the financial affairs of the club, strategic planning, recruitment of coaches and members, fundraising initiatives liaises with the City of Brampton, Minor Track Association, Athletics Ontario and Athletics Canada.
